 Welcome to the Parachuter. This is my quest to own all of the Nintendo Game & Watch LCD handheld games that were popular in the eighties.
The first ever electronic game I played when I was a child was Parachute, hence the name of this site. I played it for hours and hours, until the batteries went dead.
Before that time, we watched only two TV-channels, had no electronic toys, and played board games or outside in the mud for fun.
The Nintendo Game & Watch games woke my interest in electronics and computers, which is why I am now --25 years on-- a systems developer.
In the coming months or years, I intend to hunt down and gather each and every Game & Watch game Nintendo has ever made.
Please note that I'll only pursuit the flat LCD games, so Tabletops and Panoramas games get no love :)
