 I remember playing Popeye at some moment, but do not recall actually playing it often so it must have been a loaner or one of my classmates that owned it.

I love the design of the game and the fact tha Bluto / Brutus can appear on both sides of the screen trying to thwart you in your quest to catch all the rubbish that Olive is throwing at you, for no obvious reason.
It's funny that the Popeye character was already vintage when this game came out, and I wondered why Nintendo chose to feature Popeye in a Game & Watch game even in 1981.
